Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. While all sales are considered final, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to addressing them in a fair and timely manner.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we only accept returns or exchanges in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, you must contact us at latispano6@gmail.com. within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Your message should include your order number and a clear description or photograph of the issue.
Items eligible for return must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and must include all original packaging. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Please note that we only cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged or sent in error.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads, print-on-demand items perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. These items are considered non-refundable due to their nature or customization. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order only if the request is made prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will fall under our return policy, if applicable.
Shipping Issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for assistance. While we will do our best to support any investigation, replacements are not guaranteed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
