Shipping Policy

Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

When your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you selected Tracked Shipping, this email will include your tracking number and a link to check your estimated delivery date and package status.

Please note that shipping delays may occur, especially during holidays or high-volume seasons. A delay in delivery does not imply cancellation or refund, and all orders are considered delivered when USPS confirms delivery.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If you entered the wrong address during checkout, please email us as soon as possible from the same email used to place the order. We’ll do our best to update the shipping address before the order is shipped.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the shipment is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping once a correct address is confirmed.

 

Once Your Order Has Shipped

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. You can check your order status using the tracking number (if applicable) from your shipping confirmation email.

If your order was sent with Standard Shipping (no tracking), USPS does not provide delivery status updates, and we are unable to track it after it leaves our hands.

In many cases, packages that cannot be delivered are returned to our mailbox. If this happens, we will contact you via email to confirm the correct address and arrange reshipment. This may cause delays in delivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your tracked order seems lost in transit, please reach out to us at latispano6@gmail.com so we can investigate or file a claim with USPS.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for untracked shipments that may be lost or delayed.

 

Stolen Orders

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by USPS but are stolen or missing. If your tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number for further investigation.
